When I became a mum, photography took on a whole new meaning.
—
When my little boy Atticus arrived in 2020 I remember trying desperately to memorise every tiny detail. Time seemed to stand still in those sleep deprived days, but Atti was changing every single day. I wanted to remember all of it.
I used to photograph weddings - the big, one off parties. But now I’m more interested in the little things.. the splashing in muddy puddles, the little quirks, the funny faces. It is a real privilege to spend time with the families I photograph, and document what makes them unique.
I live in Clifton, Bedfordshire with my husband Charlie and Atti. When I am not picking up my camera, I can mostly be found with my wellies on in our garden, or trying desperately to finish that book I’ve just started.
If you are interested in having a family shoot, please reach out. I would love to hear more about you and your clan.
